How often should I back up my RAID-5 system data?
Our Answer:
The faster your data changes, the more frequently you need to back it up. Except for RAID-0, all RAID subsystems provide fault tolerance. Fault tolerance offers a measure of grace, not relief from data backup operations. As with all data storage, back up regularly!
